In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Relationship management of Fund Managers middle and back office.
- Liaison with custodians, fund administrators, and other third parties.
- Holdings and cash reconciliations to custodians and fund administrators.
- Corporate action processing and reviews.
- Unit price reconciliations, approvals, and oversight of unit price delivery.
- Administration of equities, fixed income, private debt, derivatives, and other asset classes.
- Workflow management and approvals, carrying out ad-hoc duties as required by management.
- Identify risks and inefficiencies, implement business processes and other tools/controls which create efficiencies in Investment Operations.
- Assist in the training of new team members in a consistent manner.
Ideally, you will bring 3-5 years of investment operations experience, in funds management or in a financial markets environment.
