**We're Hiring: Senior Digital Performance & Growth Marketer**
**Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote + On-site optional) | Australia-based preferred**
Are you a results-driven performance marketer with a proven track record in scaling service-based businesses through cutting-edge digital strategy, paid traffic, and search visibility?
We're looking for a **Senior Digital Marketing Expert** to take ownership of our full digital growth engine—across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, media buying, marketing strategy and website performance.** This is a pivotal role in driving our online visibility, lead generation, and conversion performance across multiple business locations.
**Key Responsibilities** **Google Ads & SEM**
- Manage and scale multi-campaign Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- Conduct advanced keyword planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Build and manage remarketing strategies segmented by user behaviour and intent
- Monitor Quality Score, auction insights, and optimise for CPA and ROAS
**Marketing Strategy & Funnel Optimisation**
- Build and manage digital marketing funnels (cold to hot audiences)
- Design full-funnel journeys across Search, Display, Social, and Retargeting
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategic campaign pivots
- Develop marketing calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal demand
**SEO & Organic Growth**
- Perform full technical and on-page SEO audits
- Implement schema markup, improve core web vitals, and indexation health
- Build backlink strategies, optimise internal linking, and generate ranking content
- Track keyword rankings and organic conversions monthly
**Media Buying & Meta Ads**
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns (FB/IG) across awareness, lead gen, and remarketing
- Execute cross-platform media buying strategies with aligned creative
- Build and test creative variations (copy/image/video hooks)
- Track pixel performance and integrate data into your optimisation process
**Website & Landing Page Performance**
- Collaborate with developers/designers to improve UX and CRO
- Run split tests on pages, forms, buttons, and headlines for higher conversions
- Optimise site speed, mobile responsiveness, and key journey flows
- Identify funnel leaks and implement fixes with web & dev teams
**Reporting & Strategy Management**
- Create Looker Studio dashboards for real-time performance analytics
- Deliver weekly/monthly strategic performance reviews with recommendations
- Integrate GA4, Tag Manager, CRM, and call tracking for full attribution visibility
- Own budget allocations and report directly to senior management on growth impact
**What We're Looking For**
- 3-5+ years experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital strategy
- Strong media buying and campaign management background
- Technical understanding of GA4, Tag Manager, CRO, and landing page mechanics
- Experience scaling lead generation and conversion campaigns in service industries
- Analytical mindset and comfort with attribution, metrics, and ROI-based decision making
- Strong copywriting and creative testing abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with strategic direction
**Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)**
- Website editing/building (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience with Zapier or marketing automation tools
- Prior agency or multi-location business experience
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Hubspot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)
