Our client is seeking a Paid Media & Partnerships Manager to be a part of their booming team and company They are constantly developing and are looking to grow their media presence. If you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and enjoy seeing your direct impact on business objectives by delivering best practice media campaigns and effective brand partnerships then this is the role for you You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth through managing the company’s paid media planning and partnerships.

**Benefits of this role**:

- Lead the planning and execution of the company’s omni-channel partnerships program to drive new customer acquisition, in line with the partnerships strategy
- Be in charge of multi-million dollar annual budgets for campaigns
- Salary of $110,000 + super + bonus
- Collaborative culture within the workplace
- Uncover media opportunities, audience insights, and help make decisions
- e-learning of 84K content for staff
- Hybrid work - only 3 days in the office

**Requirements for this role**:

- Must have 4+ years experience managing brand media campaigns at an agency and/or client side
- Strong project management & organisational skills
- Experience in managing brand partnerships
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with different stakeholders
- Management of multi-million dollar annual budgets for campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and business growth
