We a looking for a Technical Analyst, to join our client's team - in the Security industry, on a permanent basis, in Melbourne (CBD location). You will be responsible for requirements gathering and creation of user stories for the integration team, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate them into specifications for technical projects.
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
- Foster and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders and team members to create a positive flow of work and delivery.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.

**Key skills required**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in team that utilized Azure integration services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API management and Event Grid)
- Strong understanding of different integration patterns such as messaging, pub/sub, ETL and APIs.
- SCRUM Master experience.
- Ability to have non-technical business conversations with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-wide projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principals.
