**Job description**

Your role will be to book appointments for the managing director to pitch the business to potential clients. You play a crucial role in the sales funnel and will play a big role in the sales team. You will be required to pitch the business to some degree and qualify leads before handing them over to the managing director.

This job will give you the opportunity to join a team of young and energetic people who work together to create a fun environment, with the office currently situated in the South Yarra area.

You will learn a large range of sales skills focusing mainly around quality sales tactics, not hard-ball old school sales. This is a perfect first step in growing into one of our Sales Consultants down the line, which will allow you to meet with clients, pitch in person and sell the business to your own book of clients.

Meson Agency offers professionals (primarily real estate agents) access to sales assistants who have been trained and practised in both prospecting, lead generation, database management and over the phone selling. The team is trained to generate leads, identify potential buyers, qualify clients and maximise the potential of an existing database.

**Salary**: Hourly rate + Incentive for every successful appointment ++ Incentive for every successful sale you assisted with

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Yarra, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
