**What you'll be doing**

As a sales and operations manager you will be at the heart of the business. From being a key driver of sales from showroom to call inquiries. To operational duties such as developing operational strategies and running the distribution of products to customers.

We provide full training so even if you have not had experience in selling furniture we will help you with all the training. We also provide experience and skill building in other departments at your request.

Your day at Desired Living will be
- Hours: 9am - 5pm
- Position is located at our Auburn showroom, training for 1-2 weeks will be in Chatswood showroom
- Guiding our clients on their journey to order their custom furniture from model selection to customisation.
- Reaching both sales and operational related KPIs through independent and teamwork related initiatives
- Running the production and distribution of our products from both a before and after sales perspectives
- Assisting after sales enquiries including delivery updates and product care
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Growing the efficiency of the organization by enhancing processes and procedures

**We are looking for a someone who is**:

- Of the days worked, one of the days must be a Sunday
- Sales experience is required
- Managerial or relative experience required
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Loves working in a team but also independent
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills required

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
