Reporting to the CEO, this role is all about stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, inventory management, stock control, purchasing, training, planning and customer service.

**The role**:

- Managing DANPAL'S National warehousing, logistics, inventory and system manufacturing activities.
- Supporting the business across OH&S, activities and the performance of the warehouse teams.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to ensure efficient inventory management while maintaining an acceptable stock level.
- Training and supporting the warehouse and sales teams through product knowledge, coaching, and mentoring.
- Supporting sales team by assisting in distributing literature and providing technical support to Architects, Specifiers, Engineers, Residential Builders, Roofing, Glazing and Home Improvement Companies when required.
- Supporting the State Manager in monitoring the progress of projects to retain business, remain competitive, and identify new business development opportunities.
- Assisting with architectural presentations and visits to be scheduled with the assistance of the Sales / Admin Assistant when required.
- Managing client relationships nationally.
- Reviewing and reporting on order-related activity as recorded in Salesforce weekly.
- Providing support to other areas of the business with ad-hoc duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have an aptitude for executing strategies to maximise sales performance, profitability, cost reduction and growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Ideally, you come from a construction, industrial (or similar) sector.
- A business / tertiary qualification would be nice but not a must-have.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, Word, Zoom Teams, MS Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing large and constantly changing stock and inventory levels.
- Experience in freight and logistics.
- Proven staff management and people development experience.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills is a MUST.
- Current driver's licence (a company car plus extras will be provided).
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and lead by example when required.
- Being comfortable with change is a prerequisite for success in this role.
