Our headquarters is comprised of a young, motivated team responsible for managing operations across all retail stores, online platforms, and warehouses in Australia. **About the Responsibilities**:

- As the operation's specialists, you will be responsible for all duties in the operation's at manager's absence.
- Assist the manager in resolving operational issues.
- Arrange meetings and team-building sessions as required.
- Promptly respond to inquiries from staff and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit forms and other documents.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Update logs and order spreadsheets.
- Analyze all operations and forward improvement suggestions to the manager.
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures within the office.
- Proactively propose improvements to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with different departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer markets.

**About the Requirements**:
You are a genuine individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong interest in the retail industry. Whether you have little or extensive experience, a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset are crucial to us, as we will provide all the necessary training for your success.
- Understanding of retail and how it operates. Experience from a store-based role is preferred.
- Strong and clear communication skills to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Computer knowledge and understanding of Excel and Outlook.
- Maintain flexibility as priorities may change at times.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to sift through large amounts of data and information.
