Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $36.43- $37.54 Based on experience and qualifications

- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your room with confidence and collaboration- Designing and implementing play-based learning programs- Guiding and mentoring your fellow educators- Building strong relationships with children and families- Supporting inclusive practices for all children- Ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS frameworks
- What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)- A valid Working with Children Check- Current First Aid with asthma and anaphylaxis training- In-depth knowledge of EYLF and NQS- Proven experience in a Lead Educator/Room Leader role- Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a team-first attitude
