**About Explorers**:
Explorers Early Learning is a family-owned and operated company with Early Learning Centres across Melbourne. Our beautiful learning spaces are designed to stimulate children’s creativity, imagination and sense of belonging.

**Our Dandenong Centre**:
Reggio Emilia inspired spaces designed to promote children’s exploration, creativity and independent thinking. The central Piazza will serve as the heart of our Centre, providing a space for children to come together, socialize and engage in group activities. Our spacious outdoor yards will provide children with plenty of room to run, play and explore in a natural and safe environment. We are looking for passionate and committed lead educators to join our team in providing the best possible start in life for every child at our new Centre

**How You Can Support Us**:

- Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
- Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
- Support and mentor your team

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid Training certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Working rights - Visa/Passport
