Associate Producer, Creative Production

**In this role you will**:

- Assist in developing and delivering high quality events, that support State Library programming and activation objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of production services.
- Administer internal venue bookings and CRM
- Assist in building and maintaining guest lists, RSVP's and ticketing systems
- Support the preparation of venue and technical documentation for event set up teams and audio-visual operators including schedules, run sheets, catering and entertainment riders.
- Attend programmed events and contribute as an active event day team member in both front of house and backstage roles when required.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.

Administrative experience utilising ticketing and venue management software will be highly regarded.
