**The role on offer**:
Triple M is on the hunt for their newest **Operations Assistant**/**Show** **Producer **to assist the Triple M Content Team in providing support with all tasks relating to the operations of the radio station. You will work in conjunction with the CD, MD, On-Air Talent and Product Teams. This is true 360 degree role that will see support work across, but not limited to, operations and producing,

The role demands a real go getter and seasoned professional who has demonstrated expertise within the radio industry

**The skills and Experience you will need**:

- A tenacity for content creation and an appetite for delivering the most entertaining stories to the Triple M Audience
- Previous experience as a radio producer and experience working across commercial radio operations
- Love working in a high energy, high pressure environment.
- Possess an impressive knowledge of current affairs, local events and popular culture that's relevant to the Triple M Network's target audience
- Be a team player with exceptional communicating and influencing skills
- Have exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Possess first-class verbal and written communication skills

In addition, you will have excellent self-management skills, strong work ethic and a proven ability in building and managing diverse relationships with internal stakeholders and on-air talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming producer who is looking to test themselves and their skills in a great working environment.
