Our client is an exciting brand experience agency delivering an array of events nation wide. From community events to high-profile brand activations, no two days are the same. They produce creative events and live experiences for many high-profile brands and globally recognised companies. With their head office in Sydney, the company are growing their team in QLD and need an Associate Producer to support their QLD based Executive Producer.

This opportunity is open to being a 6-month full-time contract or a permanent full-time placement.

**The role**:

- As an experienced event professional, you will support and often lead the project management of events and brand experiences
- Create, manage and track project budgets
- Project ideation
- Venue and supplier sourcing
- Pre-production and production schedule management
- Assist with on-site event and crew leadership
- Provide support to the creative process, pitch preparation and supporting the client services team on responding to briefs
- Minimum 1+ year’s experience within an event agency
- Expertise in the brand activation and live event staging and production highly advantageous
- Full drivers license is a must
- You will possess the ability to drive projects along with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high standards of personal presentation
- You will have the confidence and resilience required to handle a fast-paced working environment, as well as being self-motivated, with a passion for excellence
- You will also have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, be highly organised and possess careful attention to detail.
