Client Relations Officer

One in five Australians will experience a mental health condition in any given year. We are passionate about nurturing future generations of healthy and connected communities, families, and individuals. Our goal is to connect with people and our community to empower each person to access the knowledge they need and develop the skills required to weather life’s ups and downs and to manage complex mental health concerns. We want our community to be free of mental health stigma and for the culture of our community to support each individual to develop healthy beliefs and behaviours that promote health and well being.
As a member of our client relations team you will be the first point of contact many in our community will have in their journey of seeking assistance during the most difficult times in their lives. You will contribute to making people feel comfortable, heard and accepted during this time and to reducing the experience of mental health stigma in our community. You will support people to feel connected and understood and will instill hope for a better future.
The kind of person who can best contribute to this experience for our clients will be:
- Warm and friendly; someone who puts people at ease
- A fast learner who hates to be bored
- A team player who enjoys working alongside others
- An excellent multi-tasker who can prioritise effectively
- An administrative whiz, with high accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Someone with a passion for people, who wants to do work that matters
- An effective communicator who builds strong relationships with others
- Able to think on your feet to generate solutions in the moment
- Highly focused, flexible, loyal and reliable
If this sounds like you, then you could be the person we have been looking for.
Due to organisational growth, we currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic team member to join our client relationship team.
The role can start immediately if desired. The successful applicant will be required to work both day and afternoon-evening shifts (to 8.30pm) throughout the week.
This role could be a full time or part time, permanent position that would suit someone who is looking to move into health administration as a career or alternatively someone looking to take the next steps in health administration.
