As our business grows, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistic & Programme Coordinator to join our team and ensure deliveries run smoothly and meet customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily steel deliveries based on production output and transport availability
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, schedulers, production planners, and transport contractors
- Monitor loading/unloading status in real-time and adjust delivery plans as needed
- Confirm truck schedules (48-hour and 72-hour) according to KPIs
- Record deliveries, changes, and costs in internal systems (Wecom, FileMaker)
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams on any delays or changes
- Optimize transportation efficiency while managing delivery-related costs
- Work closely with production to balance output with delivery capacity (up to 200t/day)
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience in logistics coordination or the steel reinforcement industry
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with logistics systems, MS Office, and digital tools (e.g., WeChat Work, FileMaker)
- Ability to work independently and make fast, effective decisions under pressure
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
**Key Performance Indicators**
- 48-hour trucks: 50% confirmed by 9 AM, 100% by 11 AM
- 72-hour trucks: 50% confirmed by 10 AM, 100% by 12 PM
- Respond to Wecom requests within 30 minutes after production confirmation
- Timely and accurate reporting on delays
- Balanced AM/PM truck scheduling
- Quarterly transport cost evaluations
