**About Us**

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

**About the Role**

As a Koori Jurisdiction Partner at Court Services Victoria, you will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation's goals of promoting cultural safety and enhancing the representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within the judicial system. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Koori Programs and Initiatives, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, Koori communities, and external organisations.

This role supports the company's strategic vision by leading initiatives that contribute to the CSV Self-determination Plan and Koori Employment Plan. Your efforts will directly impact the effectiveness of programs aimed at increasing Koori workforce participation and fostering a culturally safe environment within Victoria's courts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Projects: Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance Koori workforce participation and cultural safety within the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Koori communities and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess project performance and outcomes, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Advisory Support: Offer authoritative advice on matters related to Koori programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Coordinate the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to track the effectiveness of Koori employment initiatives and cultural safety frameworks

**About You**
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is desirable.
- Cultural Understanding: A sound knowledge of Victorian Koori culture and society, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, is essential.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Koori communities, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
