**Role: Student Services Coordinator**
**Job Summary**:
Managing compliance across a range of activities and processes relating to enrolments, student progress, graduations, examinations, appeals and grievances, including record keeping and meeting regulatory requirements.
**Reports To**:
- Create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines
- Ensuring accurate data entry of all students into RTOM
- level and using multiple computer systems which includes RTOM.
- Liaise with Trainer Assessors to ensure student information is complete; compliant; accurate; processed within the relevant guidelines; and as per contractual obligations.
- Ensure enrolment and completion processes meets compliance requirements.
- Ensure data entry accuracy and integrity of all student’s records.
- Overseeing the accuracy and currency of student information and data in our Student Management System RTOM.
- To maintain all records in a correct and accessible manner to provide accurate information for compliance.
- Generating and distributing certificates and statements of attainment which also includes maintaining certificate register.
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls
- Ensure a quality experience of a highly student-focused administrative support service.
- Planning, organising and implementing students orientation sessions and events on terms and regular basis
**Demonstrated experience or have skills in**:
- Strong planning skills, with an ability to work at operational and strategic levels.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and implementing operational plans and experience in providing briefings and reports.
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of the full student lifecycle, including student administration issues, appeals, compliance, and enrolment processes.
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with students and staff from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with student administration database, electronic enrolment systems, spreadsheets, and other technologies for streamlining student management
**Education and Role essentials**:
- Knowledge of relevant legislative and registration requirements, and policy frameworks including the and ESOS, the National Code, CRICOS, and Doha student visa regulations.
- 2 years plus demonstrated similar experience in a student services role (essential)
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Education system, especially the international education sector (essential)
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
