We're a reputable education company in Sydney and we are seeking a friendly and committed casual administration member to join our growing admin team. We are a fast growing tutoring centre with 3 centres across Sydney. The role is flexible and can be worked from home in the morning, however, staff will often be required to come in after 3pm and therefore would ideally be living locally.

Working hours/day: 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm (Times are negotiable and flexible)

Location: Prestons/Liverpool/Fairfield

Task Description
- Ensure all customer payments and accounts are up to date.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Manage customer feedback (students).
- Booking and rescheduling classes.
- Ensure all the necessary learning booklets are ready for upcoming lessons
- Cleaning and maintenance of the centres
- Ability to be very organized
- Needs to be good with computer, word document, excel sheet
- Complete general administration tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Organise rostering for staff
- Bubbly, cheerful, positive and pleasant attitude towards work.
- Strong communication skills
- A reliable team member
- Work in a team
- Ability to solve problems technical and computer issues.
- Have sales experience (a bonus)
- Experience in Social media and marketing (a bonus)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
