**About the role & Company**

Exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Accounts Payable Officer to join a high-performing and leading company within their industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Entering all creditor invoices for payment, including staff expenses
- Maintain creditor master files
- Reconciliation of creditor statements
- Reconciliation and posting of credit card transactions
- Prepare and reconcile weekly payment runs; domestic and international (multiple currencies)
- Correspond with creditors and staff and respond to any Payables inquiries
- Prepare and reconcile Royalty payments, both domestic and international each half year
- Ad hoc duties supporting the Finance department

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Ability to come to St Leonard's / Crows Nest office
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Flexible, adaptable style
- Excellent communication skills
