_Ampar Pty Ltd is a leading product development and replenishment supply specialist in Australia, for over 15 years. Ampar Designs, develops, imports and exports products in a variety of brands and categories for most major retailers in Australia and operates multiple online sales channels._

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of **Accounts Manager **on a permanent Full-time basis. The position will be located at our Crows Nest, NSW reporting to directly to our Managing Director.

Additionally, **Ampar Pty Ltd is part of C&G Investments, and you'll be expected to conduct the following roles and responsibilities of an Accounts Manager across various portfolio companies.**

**The responsibilities of this role include**:

- Generation of customer invoices utilising the company accounting systems
- Conducting all key tasks in accounting system and bank systems, including, but not limited to; bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and corporate credit card processing
- Generating, organising and supply of key product/shipment documentations for order processing
- Checking and processing payroll related tasks
- Monitoring and making recommendations on overhead cost reduction initiatives and account controls/processes
- Plan and provide accounting systems relating to the taxation and financial dealings of the businesses;
- Coordinating and planning account and operational activities to ensure smooth shipments across all sales channels and delivery methods
- Work with the External Accounting Firms to close end-of-month accounting, submit BAS, manage ATO compliance and end-of-year accounting.
- Co-ordinate with Operations Team to ensure accurate, timely and compliant data is used for reporting
- Prepare and maintain Cashflows, Budgets and other key financial documents
- Provide advice on financial planning and risk management; provides management with reports to assist in decision-making
- perform the above duties across all key companies within the C&G Investment Group
- manage intercompany accounts and transactions
- Administration support to team members
- Strong background in book keeping, accounting, and/or a relevant qualification
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in Export/Import Wholesale Trade, FMCG and/or Product Development industries. Experience with ecommerce and marketing agencies is a bonus.
- Strong data analysis, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Values driven and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- A creative thinker with pragmatic attitude to solving problems and creating growth for customers
- Ability to work in small high performing team with a wide array of tasks/responsibilities
- **Qualifications and core skills required**:

- 1 - 4 years of experience in an accounting/finance/operational related role
- A Bachelor or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Experience with Netsuite Jcurve ERP software, or similar
- Experience with Xero Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
