**The Opportunity**

We are on the lookout for 2 x Commercial Property Managers to manage portfolios for one of our biggest clients. There are two completely different portfolios, so they will each be allocated to the right PM.

This role would be perfect for a Commercial Property Manager with minimum 3 years of experience, looking to change it up and work directly for a landlord.

**The Role**:

- Manage between 60 and 110 properties all based in SA - mostly retail and industrial
- Prepare commercial leases
- Negotiate renewals
- Ensure RP Office details are up to date with current details
- Daily follow up of rental arrears
- Maintenance issues and follow up
- Prepare Rent calculations & outgoing forecasts
- Annual rent increases & market rent reviews
- 1 x team Assistant for support
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car & Drivers License
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage conflict resolution
