**The Company**
Work for a well recognised brand and successful commercial property management company in modern offices conveniently located in the City of Adelaide.
**The Role**
Key duties as you build your skills will include:
- Liaising with landlord, tenants and contractors
- Maintaining tenancy schedules across the portfolio
- Preparation of lease documentation and disclosure statements
- Assisting with lease renewals
- Managing maintenance including obtaining quotes and arranging maintenance
- Ensuring rent reviews are implemented in required time frames
- Arrears management
**Skills & Experience**
We are seeking a switched in person who has already started on their property career journey. Whether you are working in residential property management and looking to move into commercial, studying property at university or are early in your commercial real estate career we would love to hear from you.
To be considered you will need to have completed or be working towards your property management registration. Strong IT skills and the ability to converse confidently and professionally with a wide range of people will be essential. A reliable car and drivers licence for this role which will be in and out of office is required.
