Our client is a well-established boutique property agency, looking for an Assistant Property Manager to assist in looking after a premium commercial and retail property portfolio. **The Role**:

- Meet financial and performance targets of the commercial and retail management department
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide first-class asset management
- Execution of lease renewals and annual rent reviews
- Tenant retention strategies
- Working with leasing consultants
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience as a Lease Administrator, or Property Administrator, or Assistant Property Manager in commercial or retail property
- SA Property Management registration desired
- A very assertive, motivated and confident personality
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to work
- Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office, especially word
- A strong team player
- A positive approach to meet clients needs whist managing tenant expectations
