**THE FIRM**
This multidisciplinary law firm prides themselves on providing an exceptional level of personalised services to their clients that include both individuals and companies across most areas of law. The firm is seeking an outgoing Practice Manager to lead the team across a number of VIC based sites.

**THE ROLE**
As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office support and the day to day operational functions of the firm. Your duties will include:

- Managing the accounts team including AP, AR and trust account compliance
- Managing precedent development
- Systems management including IT software and programs
- Maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- HR recruitment and induction
- General office management

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will have
**demonstrated experience as a Practice Manager** in a law firm or professional services business, in addition to:

- Experience with legal trust accounting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and proactive attitude
- Strong computer skills and advanced MS office suite skills
