We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Data Formatting Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is proficient in Excel, capable of managing formulas, and making necessary adjustments. Experience working with the Excel formats of eBay and Shopify is highly beneficial but not necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise Excel to manage and format product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create and adjust formulas in Excel to streamline data processing and reporting.
- Generate and manage product SKUs, ensuring they are unique and consistently organised.
- Create and update back-end product descriptions to ensure clear and comprehensive information.
- Manage and update online product listings on eBay and Shopify, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the marketing and e-commerce teams.
- Assist with the organisation of promotional events and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Excel, including managing formulas and data formatting.
- Experience with eBay and Shopify Excel formats (highly beneficial but not necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to travel to the northern suburbs of VIC.
