**Autoleague** are seeking a customer focused **Automotive Service Advisor** for an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Service Department. Our service department at our Carco site is growing and now includes Midland Mitsubishi, Suzuki GWM as well as Midland City Nissan and Isuzu UTE.

**The Role**:

- Warmly greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate repair estimates and timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Promote additional services and accessories to enhance vehicle ownership.
- Offer advice on service packages, warranties, and upgrades to boost sales.
- Complete all required documentation, including work orders and invoices, accurately and promptly.

- Full WA drivers’ licence is essential
- ** Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive technician is highly regarded**
