Midland City Hyundai, Kia, MG and LDV are seeking a customer focused Automotive Trainee Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity to join our busy Service Department.

The Role:

  • Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our dealership.

  • Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.

  • Coordinate with the service technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.

  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any necessary updates.

  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services and accessories that enhance customers' vehicle ownership experience.

  • Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on service packages, extended warranties, and vehicle upgrades, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.

  • Ensure all necessary documentation, including work orders and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
