About the role
As a Quality Alignment Manager based at Coopers Plains, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products conform to CSR's internal specifications and external license requirements, including compliance with AS2588. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufactured products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and AS2588 standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including testing protocols and inspection reports.
- Train and support staff on quality control processes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor industry trends and updates related to product standards and regulations.

What you bring to the role
- Tertiary qualifications in a Science or Engineering Discipline (preference for Manufacturing based activities)
- Experienced with Quality Management Systems
- Experienced in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement program
- SAP experience an advantage but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and convert insights into improvement initiatives.
