**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a driven and experienced Retail Manager to lead our retail operations across our showroom network. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing a dynamic team, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving continued business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage daily retail operations and administrative functions.
- Develop product and purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee stock control, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Provide high-level customer service and support sales with expert product knowledge.
- Maintain financial records and manage branch budgeting and reporting.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate retail and sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Champion MDC’s values, maintain brand presentation, and lead by example in professionalism.
- Foster strong internal and external communication channels to support operational success.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in retail or sales management (automotive, caravan, or related industries desirable).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Financial and inventory management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and finance systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

**Locations**:
We are hiring across multiple branches in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia

Salary offered $75000 - $80000 per year + super

Qualifications required for the position
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

At least 1 year of work experience in the nominated position.
