**Workforce Wellbeing Consultant**
- Competitive Salary - Range (depending on experience) $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 + Salary packaging + Super.
- 5 weeks annual leave + Leave Loading and Monthly ADO’s
- Full Time, ongoing role with the RMH Workforce Wellbeing team

Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s dedicated Workforce Wellbeing team within People and Culture department, where you'll contribute to a workplace culture that prioritises psychological safety and overall wellbeing.

**About the Role**:

- Join us in making a difference This role is your opportunity to play a crucial part in nurturing the overall wellness of our team members. As a Mental Health clinician with a background in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Nursing, you'll be at the forefront of implementing effective strategies, programs, and training initiatives.
- Working under the guidance of the Workplace Wellbeing Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team comprising Nursing and Allied Health professionals. Our team thrives on empathy and mutual support, striving together to achieve the best outcomes. Collaboration and solidarity are not just words for us; they're the pillars of our culture, fostering an environment where everyone uplifts and empowers each other. **About You**:

- You excel in delivering wellbeing activities tailored for RMH healthcare staff in diverse settings.
- Collaborating with managers and senior staff excites you, especially when it comes to innovating new wellbeing initiatives and projects.
- You have high-level expertise in handling workplace-related stress, including Psychological First Aid.
- Facilitating engaging group discussions and delivering impactful training sessions is second nature to you.
- You are adept at providing critical incident response following critical incidents or cumulative stress situations.
- Conducting thorough research and delivering insightful reports is something you do effortlessly.
- Your ability to demonstrate flexibility and effective time management shines in a large organisational setting.
