Workforce Management Consultant
- Regularly assess the current engagements and future pipeline to ensure a balanced mix of resources by conducting skill gap analyses and forecasting needs.
- Provide strategic recommendations and resourcing insights to the Deloitte leadership team.
- Work in collaboration with other key partners such as Finance, Human Resources and Talent & Development.

What will your typical day look like?
Proactively work with the business to manage demand, supply, and capability—including allocating staff to engagements and identifying the most suitable person for each role, focusing on profitability and client service delivery.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative functions related to scheduling staff on engagements, preparing accurate reports for the business unit, and managing the resource scheduling inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Confirm staff availability, follow up on actual vs forecast variances, and make booking updates.
- Maintain the Deloitte Global Scheduling System as a live and accurate database, including updates for new starters, transfers, and departures.
- Communicate continuously with practitioners and management regarding assignments and future deployment.
- Build relationships with key team members within Workforce Management, the business and seek information as needed, and escalate issues to senior members as appropriate.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and great time management.
- Discretion with sensitive or confidential material and are eager to build and maintain relationships.
- Commitment to learning about the business, following processes, and taking ownership of tasks until completion.
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing/Communications/Public Relations.
- Experience with database management and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (preferred).
