We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Professional to progress their career into a **CTP Technical Leadership** role. Providing support over our NSW CTP portfolio, this role will involve leading our staff to support claimants return to work, function, and life. You will be joining Procare during an exciting phase of growth, working with our NSW team to help support and drive service delivery. This role will include both opportunities to engage externally with our customers and internally, supporting our growing allied health team across NSW.

**Day to day you can expect**:

- Work with the National CTP Portfolio Manager to build on the existing portfolio in NSW, taking on local ownership of NSW CTP performance.
- Work closely with Insurer IMAs to support client centred / goal-based recovery.
- Build and manage relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers including opportunities for short-term in-house secondments.
- Mentor and train our Consultants in CTP claim and injury management strategy.
- Some mentoring and training of Consultants working in Same Employer Workers Compensation and injury management, may be required in the longer term.
- Undertake performance activities including QA and strategic file reviews.
- Work with our national team to support with the management of NSW claims (based interstate).
- Completing CTP medico-legal assessments.
- Manage a reduced portfolio of CTP specific assessments in line with your qualifications (Functional, Workplace, Activities of Daily Living & Return to Function).

We are flexible with working hours, and we have scope for a full time or part time based at any of our Sydney offices including Alexandria, Parramatta or Sydney CBD. If you are looking to relocate from interstate, we can offer relocation assistance

**About you**:

- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant registrations/accreditation).
- Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation is required.
- Experience working within the NSW Workers Compensation (icare) scheme and an understanding of the legislation is desirable, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
- Current Police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
