**The Role**
This is not your traditional **Handyperson** role... Be exposed to the world of hospitality, working in some of Sydney's most iconic venues

We’re looking for a full-time Handyperson with plumbing experience to join our Facilities team based at The Ivy complex in the CBD but working across all Merivale venues. On any given day you will be involved in responding to maintenance requests from the venues including painting, general plumbing, furniture repair and joinery, tiling, carpentry, and general repairs. You will be responsible for the general upkeep and presentation of the properties and managing external suppliers & contractors as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an interest in maintenance and fixing things
- An understanding of general property maintenance
- Have a full driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
