**About the company**
Our client, a commercial business in the CBD, is looking for a full-time maintenance handyperson/ handyman to join their team.

Hotel maintenance experience is highly relevant, but not required.

The role is Tuesday - Saturday in the Sydney CBD.

Benefits include:

- Excellent remuneration (up to $85k)
- Fantastic location in the Sydney CBD (close to train station)
- No travel required
- Get off the tools, minor maintenance tasks required

**Duties & Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation of the building, including spot cleaning and minor maintenance.

Duties include:

- Opening building, arranging signage, handling alarm
- Spot clean common areas such as entrances, lobby, lifts, hallways
- Walk through and complete site inspections, marking down issues
- Carrying out minor building repairs and maintenance works
- Liaise with external contractors on site, supervise work

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will be a confident Handyman with:

- Great people skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Hotel experience highly relevant but not required
