We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Handyperson to join our team.

**About the role**:
The primary objective of the role is to support the Site Manager and Client Relationship Team to safely deliver the Maintenance Services in line with Clients and Pro1 standards.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of building, maintenance and repair tasks at our client sites.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage to meet allocated jobs on time and in line with budget
Establish excellent site based relationships.
Implement the Pro1 methodology on site.
Implement the site Safety Management Plan and Zero Harm culture on site.
Responsible for the delivery of maintenance work as required.

**Experience**:
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Facility maintenance experience and/or knowledge.
Demonstrated capability in planning and programming of work, resourcing, productivity and subcontractor management.
Experienced in managing materials, site safety, job quality and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, customers and teams.

**Skills & Knowledge**:
Certificate 3 in Carpentry or proven experience as a Maintenance/Handyperson
Drivers Licence
Relevant industry cards (White card)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Ability to use and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
