**Who is PICA Group?**

PICA Group are now looking for a Personal Assistant to support four Regional General Managers located in QLD and NSW. You will be working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager and with them you will be responsible for providing support to them in the smooth running of their teams and to help keep them organised and on track.

Your duties will include the following:

- Diary Management and scheduling of meetings
- Arranging and booking travel
- Collating data, researching and preparing reports and presentations
- Sending communications on behalf of the RGMs
- Tracking and processing forms
- A range of other admin tasks to support the RGMs

**About you**:

- Experience as a Personal Assistant beneficial or you might be an Administrator looking for the next step in their career
- Extremely well organised and able to manage competing demands
- Able to build relationships and collaborate with others, even when working remotely
- Professional written and verbal communication skills;
- Positive attitude
