Are you a highly organised professional with a solid background in finance and accounting, fluent in Mandarin, and flexible enough to support an executive in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO.

About The Role

This role is a unique blend of finance and executive support. You will primarily assist with accounting and finance responsibilities, including understanding P&Ls, supporting investment management tasks, and liaising with internal teams. Additionally, you will provide PA duties such as coordinating domestic and international travel, running ad hoc errands, occasional driving, and supporting personal tasks for the CEO as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with finance-related matters, including investment management upon request and a general understanding of P&Ls
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
  • Support personal tasks as required, including flexibility for occasional driving and managing household or family logistics
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism

Skills and Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an accounting/finance role within a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Experience supporting senior executives (EA/PA experience is a bonus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach
  • A valid drivers licence and car
