**Your next career opportunity**
As the Manager of Strategic Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering operational initiatives for the Faculty of Science. Working closely with the Director of Strategic Operations, you'll lead a team of School Operations Managers/Institute Managers, optimise administrative systems, and drive strategic objectives. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and relationship-building expertise to make a significant impact on the Faculty's success.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Strategic Leadership**:Analyse complex challenges, develop strategies, and implement high-level projects across Schools and Institutes.
- **Relationship Management**:Nurture key relationships, provide leadership to School Operations and Institute Managers, and foster cross-functional communication.
- **Operational Excellence**:Optimise processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure successful delivery of faculty objectives.
- **Decision Support**:Synthesise complex information, contribute analytical insights, and support high-level decision-making processes.

You are an experienced leader with a postgraduate qualification, exceptional management skills, and a proven track record in operational leadership, capable of fostering a high-performance, service-oriented work environment while driving strategic initiatives.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Have prior experience in a science or higher education environment (desirable).
