Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our team as a remote offshore member.

As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring accurate financial records. You will work remotely offshore, collaborating with our Sydney-based team using digital communication tools. This position requires proficiency in MYOB, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, Excel, and desirable experience with Xero.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial P&Ls, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using MYOB and Excel.
- Collaborate with the Sydney-based team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable or similar role.
- Proficiency in MYOB and knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Desirable experience with Xero or other accounting software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote offshore setup.
- Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to work remotely.
