**Overview**

This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and has no direct reports. The Senior Paralegal and Company Secretarial Support is responsible for the real-time day to day operational tasks. This role works closely with the Legal Team and all areas of the business.

**Responsibilities**

The Legal Contracts Manager is responsible for extracting the contractual obligations from the agreements that our client is a party to and populating the necessary fields in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) software, so that these obligations can be tracked, monitored and reported on.

While the responsibilities will primarily be documenting contractual obligations, it may also include summarising and inputting policy, regulatory, legislative and other legal obligations.

In addition, the Legal Contracts Manager will also perform a review of contractual agreements to ensure that the business is compliant with all obligations.

**Experience Required**
- Atleast 5 years in a legal postion and/or in a commercial setting or law firm.
- Proven experiene in readying, processing and inputting complex contracts.
- The ability to work autonomously and under deadlines.
