We are seeking to expand our existing sales team here in WA, and are now seeking to recruit a Sales Manager who can structure, motivate the team, based from our head office in the Northern Suburbs of Perth.
The Role:
Taking the lead, the Sales Manager will be expected to be “out and about” in the Perth market place whilst leading the internal sales team whom will assist you with your strategy. You will be expected to organise and attend meetings with key decision makers, operating across the electrical, construction, plumbing, hydraulic, utilities, mining, infrastructure and industrial markets. Working with projects ranging in value from $10,000 up to $3M, the successful Manager will be expected to be the face of Burdens in the local market, and work tirelessly to create and raise brand awareness, ensuring that all project opportunities are maximised.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Sales/BDM: 3 years (preferred)
