**About the Role**
The role will be to promote the company's products, highlight features and benefits, and explain to customers in making the purchase decisions.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is a rewarding role to contribute to the team's progressive growth sales strategy, predominantly based on servicing our existing customers and with a strong focus on new business development throughout the region.
**Role responsibilities**
- Responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads to grow the business.
- Building and maintaining positive relations with customers is an essential part which may involve regular follow-up calls, meetings and presentations of products range.
- The primary goal is to close deals and make sales. This requires strong negotiation and closing skills, and a deep understanding of the products being sold.
- Thorough understanding of the products including its features, benefits and competitive advantages.
- Analyse data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will be someone acquires the following skills and requirements:
- Requires an above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expected to close business deals successfully by means of an excellent negotiation skill, and an innovative and persuasive character.
- Possess good networking skills and have the ability to deal with a wide variety of client companies and customers.
- Being able to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in comparison to competing brands.
- Organized, outgoing, energetic and confident.
