Here’s a bit about the role
We are looking for our newest Clinic Receptionist to join our Canberra Eden team on a Casual basis.

As the face of the clinic, you will welcome clients into the clinic and be the first point of contact for understanding and responding to client needs.

You will be results driven and an avid listener who can recommend high quality products and treatments with your clients best interests at heart. This position is the ideal stepping stone for a recent beauty graduate who is eager to start their career in the medical grade sector of the beauty industry. Full training provided.

- Providing outstanding service to customers as they enter the clinic
- A passion for customer service and building relationships with new and returning clients
- Identify sales opportunities and the ability to process sales and re-booking clients
- Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner
- The availability to work late nights and weekend trade
