**About the role**

The Pre-Contracts Manager - Main Components leads and oversees early OEM engagement and will prepare and develop all documents and conducts all processes in preparation for procurement leading up to the project investment decision. As a senior leader in the team, you will bring experience to drive favourable commercial terms and project outcomes and play a critical role in building relationships both internally and externally. Furthermore, your duties will include:

- Lead and manage technical and commercial relationships with OEM suppliers.
- Develop competitive executable Turbine Supplier agreements (TSA) and other main equipment commercial instruments.
- Lead the negotiation of these contracts with external consultants, contractors, suppliers and partners in the procurement process of developing and constructing assets.
- Support the internal procurement process of main equipment.
- Lead contractual and document technical due diligence processes, coordinating external and internal support teams.
