**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced **Food Service Supervisor/ Catering Supervisor/ Dining Service Supervisor** to join our team in a **permanent full-time role** at our brand-new Songbird **Oxley Aged Care Home**, opening in **early March 2025**.

The Dining Service Supervisor will lead and mentor the dining services team to ensure mealtimes are enjoyable, resident-focused, and delivered with excellence.

- Demonstrable experience leading others in a hospitality setting
- Proven ability and commitment to deliver a high-quality dining experience
- Strong understanding of food safety standards including HACCP principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
