About the Role:

Located in our Brisbane Branch at Oxley, the Warehouse Team Leader's primary function is to lead the warehouse team. This role is a hands-on leadership role with the requirement to also complete general administration duties.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead Warehouse staff by setting task performance standards
  • Motivating the team, leading by example, and providing the training/ direction needed with the Individuals to get best performance out of your team
  • Ensure that all inbound and outbound orders are picked/put away accurately, safely and in a timely manner
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities of the team to meet operational service requirements
  • Supervise team to achieve KPI's as determined by management
  • Liaise with stakeholders (Distribution Manager, State Manager, Office Manager)

Our Ideal Candidate:

Whilst being an organised and dependable individual, you'll have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Warehouse Supervision/leading including monitoring the accuracy, quality, and performance of a small team
  • Experience delivering results across warehousing operations
  • Be a hands-on Leader who can actively and accurately delegate
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
  • Current Forklift license (essential)
