With nearly 50 venues across eight brands in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) & America, our growing company is on the lookout for a passionate, professional and fun Accounts Payable Officer for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in our Support Office located in Abbotsford, VIC.

What You'll Do
- Process weekly invoices for all Funlab’s companies, both national and international (250+ per day);
- Build relationships with internal and external contacts, be the main point of contact for supplier and invoice queries;
- Reconcile supplier statements with invoices and liaise with the suppliers to rectify any discrepancies;
- Maintain the AP document management and invoice approval system including setting up new users and assisting with staff training;
- Advocate for process improvement of and support implementation of new systems impacting the Accounts Payable function;
- Coordinate with staff to ensure cut-off deadlines are consistently met;
- Assist with processing credit card reconciliations and staff reimbursements;

- System Savvy - this role will require you to think on your feet and out of the box and navigate around multiple systems
- Ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing and continuously thinking about process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Netsuite experience preferred but not essential
