**Roles & Responsibilities**
- We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking ServiceNow Platform SME to lead the design, optimization, and strategic implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.
- In this role, you will provide expert level support and thought leadership in driving innovation, automation and best practices across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- You will collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure platform is effectively utilized to meet evolving business needs and deliver maximum value.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable sustainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry and platform best practices.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations with external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP and other web services. Ensure seamless data exchange and end to end process automation.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform. Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as ServiceNow SME or Architect in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, ITOM, GRC and IRM.
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices is a plus
- ServiceNow certification (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSA, CIS, CAD or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
