Looking for Senior SME / Architect - HRSD, ITSM

Location :
Melbourne / Sydney, Australia

Salary Range :
AUD 150, ,215 (Annual Gross)

Developer – HRSD, ITSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies, ensuring architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • ServiceNow Platform Governance: Define and enforce governance practices for ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring team members adhere to architectural standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, offering architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • ServiceNow Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work closely with ServiceNow partners and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and adherence to best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed architecture and design documentation, as well as executive-level reports and presentations to communicate technical strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.

Essential
Skill / Competencies / Experience:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification is required.
  • Excellent Analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills

Preferred

  • At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
