Auto Masters are looking for a
**Customer Relationship Manager **to oversee the aftercare of our clients and customers, ensuring that their journey with Auto Masters was a pleasant one, and encouraging customer retention.

You will be reporting to two multi-site Franchisees (over 6 stores).

**The Role**
You will provide customer support post-sales, acting as the contact between Auto Masters and our customers.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Providing excellent customer service to ensure peak satisfaction with our services.
- Calling both existing and past customers, gathering feedback and upselling returns.
- Work with the Auto Technicians to offer different services / book in for future servicing.
- Handle calls from customers regarding queries, suggestions, and complaints.
- Other general administrative duties as required.

**About You**
You will have excellent customer service skills, confident on the phone, and able to show initiative when it comes to problem-solving.

What we need from you:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to remain highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask.
- Able to work collaboratively with numerous teams over numerous stores.
- Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Australian working rights and exceptional communication skills.
